摘 要:研究了二氧化氯和过氧乙酸对啤酒废水污泥的无害化处理。结果表明,经二氧化氯处理2~3h后.污泥中细菌、放线菌、真菌菌落数目分别为6×10^4cfu/g、8.3×10^3cfu/g和900cfu/g,粪大肠杆菌和蛔虫卵被杀灭,有机质、总氮损耗分别为29.4%和21.9%;经过氧乙酸处理0.5~1h后,污泥中细菌、放线菌和真菌菌落数目分别为2.8×10^5cfu/g、2.8×10^3cfu/g和130cfu/g,粪大肠杆菌和蛔虫卵被杀灭,有机质损耗为3.2%,总氮损耗为18%。过氧乙酸的无害化处理优于二氧化氯。The harmless treatment of brewery wastewater sludge by peracetic acid and chlorine dioxide respectively was investigated. The results showed that, 2 ~ 3 h after chlorine dioxide treatment, the number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungus in sludge were 6×10^4 cfu/g, 8.3 ×10^3 cfu/g and 900 cfu/g respectively, the fecal e.coli and ova of roundworm were sterilized, and the loss of organic substances and total nitrogen were 29.4 % and 21.9 %, respectively; 0.5-1 h after peracetic acid treatment, the number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungus in sludge were 2.8×10^5 cfu/g,2.8×10^3 cfu/g and 130 cfu/g repectively, the fecal e.coli and ova of roundworm were sterilized, and the loss of organic substances and total nitrogen was 3.2 % and 18 %, respectively. As a conclusion, peracetic acid treatment was better than chlorine dioxide treatment.
