摘  要:为了解饮用普洱茶2个月后健康小鼠肝脏中mRNA表达情况及关信号通路的变化,本研究选用健康昆明鼠为模型,自由饮用普洱茶2个月,使用高通量基因芯片分析肝脏细胞中mRNA变化情况,通过聚类分析软件Cluster以及分子作用注释系统MAS对基因芯片的结果进行统计分析。试验共得到409个表达差异的基因,其中291个表达差异基因参与了123条信号通路;在胆固醇和不饱和脂肪酸生物合成、胰岛素信号通路、PPAR信号通路成分的mRNA表达变化都很明显。这些变化表明普洱茶在防治高血脂、脂肪肝、糖尿病等疾病有很好的效果。本研究为研究普洱茶保健作用的机制提供了线索。The mRNA expression variation in healthy mice liver after 2 month puerh-tea drinking was in- vestigated and some clues from the change of cell signaling pathway was found. In this study, healthy Kun- ruing mice were selected to study the effect of Pu-erh tea. High throughout expression micro-array and mo- lectdar annotation system (MAS) were employed to analyze the alteration in gene expression. Total 409 genes expression were changed after 2 month Pu-erh tea drinking (2 mg/mL), out of which 291 genes were involved in 123 signaling pathways, and obviously change involved in biosynthesis of steroids, biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, insulin signaling, and PPAR signaling. It is suggested that the puerh-tea play a important role in the prevention of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver disease, diabetes and other diseases in healthy individuals. These results provided clues for the research of Pu-erh tea functions in future.
