摘　　要：青年教师的实践教学能力是实现应用型人才培养目标的关键因素,然而目前青年教师的实践教学能力普遍比较薄弱,文章从思想上重视提高实践能力、参与实习指导、落实校企合作、完善导师制、加强实验室建设以及保障政策制度几方面来探讨如何提高制药工程专业青年教师的实践教学能力。The practical teaching ability of young teachers is a key ingredient to realize the training objective of application-type talents, however the practical teaching ability of young teachers is poor at present. In the paper how to enhance the practical teaching ability of young teachers in pharmaceutical engineering are considered from following aspects such as taking practical ability seriously in mind, participating in practice guidance, deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise, perfecting instructor system, strengthen laboratory construction and issuing insurance policies.
