摘　　要：有机化学是化工专业的一门重要基础课,是构建学生专业知识体系的重要组成部分。文章根据化工专业培养目标和有机化学的学科特点,优化课程内容和结构、改进教学方法、打造优秀教学队伍。同时,注重理论与实践相结合,激发学生的学习兴趣,突出学生主体地位,培养学生的创新能力、实践能力,真正做到有效提高教学效果,提升教学质量。Organic chemistry is an important basic course of chemical engineering, is an important part of constructing the knowledge system of professional students. According to the characteristics of the target culture, and organic chemistry, chemical engineering, optimizing the course content and structure, improve teaching methods, create excellent teaching team. At the same time, pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, to stimulate students interest in learning, highlighting the dominant position of students, train students’ innovation ability, practical ability, effectively improve the effect of teaching, improve teaching quality.
