摘　　要：高职教育的人才培养目标是培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高等技术应用型专门人才。为使高职院校培养的学生不脱离企业的要求,提高应用型人才培养的质量,进行校企合作推动实训基地建设是必然之路。盘锦职业技术学院对此进行了理论研究与实践探索,开启了工学与教学模式改革,实施"订单"培养,通过冠名班的方式,使企业文化、企业管理模式走进校园,达到校企合作双方互利共赢。The talent training goal of higher vocational education is to train higher technology applied special talents for the first line of production, construction, management, and service. To make the trained students meet the requirement of the enterprise, improve the quality of applied talents training, it is the inevitable road to promote practice base construction by developing college-enterprise cooperation. The college conducts the theoretical research and practical exploration, reforms the teaching mode, implements the ＂orders＂ training, through the way of named class, brings the enterprise culture and enterprise management mode into the campus, and achieves college-enterprise cooperation mutual benefit and win-win.
