“国培计划”引发对地方高校师资培训的思考

摘　　要：从2008年实施"国培计划"以来,我国农村的中小学教师的培训取得了很大的成绩。笔者因"国培计划"引发对高校特别是地方性高校师资培训中问题的思考,对我国地方高校师资培训的内容和培训模式进行分析,提出借鉴国外和"国培计划"的培训经验,推广我国地方高校师资培训,以适应高校教育教学需要的建议。Since the implementation of ＂National Training Plan＂ in 2008, teachers＇ training have great achievements in rural middle and primary schools of our country. Triggered by the National Training Plan, the authors of this paper think about the problems of teacher trainings in universities, especially in local colleges. The paper not only analyzes teacher training contents and training modes of our local colleges, but also puts forward the idea to promote teacher trainings in the local universities, based on foreign and ＂National Training Plan＂ training experiences, in order to adapt to the teaching need of college education.
