学科交融:高校协同创新的必由之路

摘　　要：社会经济的突飞猛进,对高校提出了愈来愈高的要求,社会发展和经济建设中出现的许多难题,已非高校的一两个学科所能应对和解决,特别需要学科交叉融合,协同作战。然而,多年来高校按学科设立院系,相对静态,形成了学科间的壁垒,长期缺乏学科交融的管理体制和常态的运行机制,学科交融则是打破学科分类藩篱和实现协同创新的重要路径。The speedy development of social economy increasingly proposes higher demands to universities. The emerging problems in the process of social and economic construction are too demanding for one or two disciplines and urgently call for the interdiseiplinary coordination and cooperation. However, the relative static establishment of discipline-based faculties and departments in colleges and universities has gradually become the barriers in between different disciplines, which is for long deficient of interdisciplinary management and normal operation mechanism. In order to better the situation, interdisciplinary blend is an important route to break through the barriers and make interdisciplinary coordination and innovation come true.
