摘  要:中外合作办学是我国高等职业教育回应经济全球化和产业国际化的有效策略,是推进高职院校发展方式转变的重要途径,对高职院校培养国际化技术技能人才具有重要意义。目前,我国高职院校的发展呈现出初步的繁荣局面,但在中外合作办学的路径、层次、内容、管理等方面还存在着诸多问题。我国高职院校的中外合作办学要获得科学、理性的发展,就必须确立科学的合作理念、明确的办学目标,拓宽双向合作路径,确定具体的合作内容,完善机构设置、制度建设,加强理论研究,为中外合作办学提供科学的指导。The school-running of Sino-foreign cooperation is the effective strategy of China's higher vocational education in response to the economic globalization and industrial internationalization and is an important way to promote the transformation of the development mode of higher vocational colleges, which is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to cultivate the internationalized technical professionals. At present, the development of China's higher vocational colleges presents preliminary prosperity, but many problems still exist in such aspects as the paths level, content and management of the school-running of Sino-foreign cooperation. To obtain the scientific and rational development in the school-running of Sino-foreign cooperation, China's higher vocational colleges must establish the scientific concept of cooperation and the clear school-running objective, expand two-way cooperation path, determine the specific contents of cooperation, improve the construction of organization and system, and strengthen the theoretical study in order to provide a scientific guidance for the school-running of Sino-foreign cooperation.
