摘 要:目的探讨三级综合医院临床护士岗位分类分级管理的方法。方法选取护士岗位风险、护士工作量、护理操作技术难度、岗位分类管理综合测评作为评价指标,其中护士岗位风险和岗位分类管理综合测评采用问卷调查法,护士工作量和护理操作技术难度根据医院信息系统的数据进行分析。结果根据4项指标将临床科室护士岗位分为4类,每一类分为3个级。结论临床护士岗位分类分级管理研究过程科学、严谨,为人力资源合理配置提供了科学依据,有助于调动护士的工作积极性。Objective To explore approaches to nursing post management in levelthree general hospitals. Methods The nursing post risks,workload,technology difficulty and comprehensive evaluation were selected as the evaluation indicators of nursing post classification management. Results Based on the four indicators,clinical nursing posts were classified into four categories and three levels. Conclusion The nursing post classification management is scientific and rigorous,which provides a scientific basis for rational allocation of human resources,and is beneficial to motivate nurses' work enthusiasm.
