摘  要:探讨L-阿拉伯糖对正常及高糖高脂饲喂昆明小鼠血糖代谢的影响。根据空腹血糖和体重筛选56只昆明小鼠随机分为7组,分别以普通饲料和高糖高脂饲料饲喂,同时用L-阿拉伯糖进行干预,观察实验第42天和第60天小鼠的空腹血糖和糖耐量水平。实验第42天和第60天,高、中剂量实验组的糖耐量水平与模型对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。无论糖耐量检测时是否按给药剂量口服L-阿拉伯糖,一定剂量时,L-阿拉伯糖都能明显增强小鼠糖耐量水平,但在空腹血糖方面作用不明显。We investigated the effect of the L-arabinose on Maintaining the Glucose Metabolism in mice with Normal Feeding and High-Sucrose and High-Fat Feeding. The 56 Kunming mice were divided into seven group by the limosis sera-glucose and body weight.These mice were fed with regular fodder or high glucose and fat fodder respectively and interfered in by L-arabinose at the same time. The levels of the limosis sera-glucose and glucose tolerance at 42 d and 60 d were screened. At 42 d and 60 d , the glucose tolerance in high-and mid-dose group have significance higher then the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Whether the oral administration manner of L-arabinose was normal or not when we detected the glucose tolerance , a certain dose of L-arabinose was able to enhance the level of glucose tolerance.
