摘  要:利用免疫亲和柱净化-液相色谱检测方法,对我国山东、河北、吉林等10个地区小麦粉中呕吐毒素污染情况进行了调查,并对小麦粉中呕吐毒素膳食暴露量进行分析。结果发现,所取小麦粉样品呕吐毒素检出率为30%,最高含量为0.862 mg/kg,未超过国家标准限量规定,但呕吐毒素的污染较为广泛,且存在一定的膳食暴露风险。Using Immunoaffinity Column-HPLC method,the contamination of DON in wheat powder in ten areas of Shandong,Hebei,Jilin province was investigated and the dietary exposure risk was analyzed. 30%of selected wheat powder samples were found DON. The highest content of DON was 0.862 mg/kg which was less than national standard limit. However,the contamination of DON in samples was widely and some dietary exposure risk was existed.
