摘　　要：产业转型期专业人才匮乏和人才结构不合理是阻碍江苏省信息服务贸易发展的一大瓶颈。结合信息服务贸易人才职业要求以及江苏省产业转型升级期信息服务贸易人才需求状况,提出高职院校应主动适应产业发展需要,及时设置和调整信息服务贸易专业,明确高职专业培养目标,创新校企合作人才培养机制,优化课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,搭建政校企合作公共信息服务平台,提升信息服务贸易人才培养能力。This is a major bottleneck to restrict the development of Jiangsu information service trade are the factors for talent scarcity and structure unreasonable in the industrial structure transformation phase.The paper put forward that the higher voca-tional colleges should active force to adapt to the needs of industrial development,timely to set and adjust the professional structure of information service trade,confirm the vocational professional training objectives,innovate talent training mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,optimize the curriculum system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and set up a pub-lic information service platform cooperation between political-college-enterprise,to enhance the capacity of personnel train-ing of information service trade.
