摘　　要：新世纪以来,教育部要求高等学校进一步加强大学生的工程实践能力培养以应对日益激烈的人才竞争和全球化竞争。文章从提高工程实践素质的要求和其对高校老师的要求,以及工程实践能力培养的路径问题等三方面进行探讨,并提出有益的建议。In new era, the Ministry of Education calls for universities to further develop the ability of engineering practice for college students to deal with the increasingly fierce competition from the talent and global market. This paper aims at discussing the connotation of engineering ability training, requirements for college teachers in training university students, and methods of how to foster university students, as well as puts forward some useful suggestions.
