摘　　要：目的了解医学相关专业学生情绪管理能力现状及影响因素。方法采用自制一般资料调查表及大学生情绪管理能力量表,对某综合性大学的部分医学相关专业学生547人进行测评。结果医学相关专业的学生情绪管理能力得分为(82.36±12.94)分,各维度的得分由高到低分别为情绪理解能力(3.78±0.71)分、情绪运用能力(3.78±0.67)分、情绪表现能力(3.73±0.67)分、情绪调控能力(3.73±0.66)分、情绪觉察能力(3.73±0.64)分。家庭关系、阅读习惯、对消极事件归因方式、性格为医学相关专业学生情绪管理能力的影响因素。家庭关系越好的学生,情绪管理能力越强;阅读习惯越规律的学生,情绪管理能力越强;将消极事件归因于他人原因的学生,情绪管理能力越强;性格偏外向的学生情绪管理能力越强。结论医学相关专业学生情绪管理能力处于中等水平,医学教育者在对其进行情绪管理教育时应考虑家庭关系、阅读习惯、归因方式、性格因素。Objective To understand the emotional management ability and its influential factors among students of health related majors. Methods 547 students of health related majors were investigated with the emotional management scale. Results The total score of emotional management was （82.36 ± 12.94）, among which emotional understanding capacity subscale ranked highest （3.78 ± 0.71）, followed by emotional use capacity （3.78 ± 0.67）, emotional expression capacity （3.73 ± 0.67）, emotional regulation capacity （3.73± 0.66） and emotional awareness capacity （3.73 ± 0.64）. Family relationship, reading habit, attribution style towards negative life events and personality were influential factors of emotional management ability. Students of health related majors with better family relationship and regular reading habit, who were extroverted and attributed negative life events to external causes, had greater emotional management ability. Conclusion The emotional management ability among students of health related majors was at a middle level. In the teaching of emotional management, medical educators should consider its influential factors, including family relationship, reading habits, attribution style and personality.
