摘  要:本文探析"卓越工程师教育培养计划"(以下简称"卓越计划")背景下高校工科教师工程素质现状与发展问题。通过对武汉理工大学"卓越计划"试点专业的363名专任工科教师进行问卷调查,显示目前学校工科教师工程素质与卓越工程师培养要求存在差距,不同学历、职称、教龄的工科教师工程素质发展水平、工程实践投入程度及工程素质发展方式等方面存在差异。高校教师发展制度影响工科教师工程素质发展,为工科教师确立专业发展导向,创新教育教学培训制度,建立持续性教师能力提升计划,完善工程类教师管理制度,是"卓越计划"背景下高校促进工科教师工程素质发展的基本策略。This thesis research on current situation and development issues of engineering faculty's engineering competency in Chinese higher education under the "Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE)" background. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey on the 363 full -time engineering faculty in the Wuhan University of Technology, gaps have been found between engineering faculty's engineering competency and the requirements of the PETOE. The level of engineering faculty's engineering competency, the level of input in engineering practices and the way of engineering competency development vary with the education background, professional title and teaching experience.. The faculty's development system in higher education influences the engineering faculty's engineering competency. Under the PETOE background, the elementary strategies of promoting engineering faculty's engineering competency development are setting up the suitable professional development instruction, innovating training system for engineering teaching, establishing continuous promoting plan, and complete engineering faculty management system.
