摘  要:转制高校约占我国普通高校总数的1/5以上,部分转制在人才培养中没有很好处理保持行业特色与融入地方的矛盾。本研究认为转制高校应依据"顶天立地"的人才培养思路,通过坚持行业特色、强化校地合作,以有效解决长期困扰转制高校人才培养"有特色、无根基"或"有市场、无发展"的尴尬。Provincial institutions of higher learning formerly run by departments ot the Uentral government, which account for 1/5 of all institutions of higher learning in China, do not handle well the contradiction between maintaining former features peculiar of their own areas or industries and blending themselves with the local specifics. This study proposes that these institutions should, in line with the principle of "aiming high while standing firmly on the ground" for student training, maintain their former distinguishing features and strengthen their cooperation with the local governments so that they can, when training students, effectively get out of the long existing dilemma where their unique features find no local grounds or where there are markets for them but the markets can not get developed.
