摘 要:CDIO教学大纲详细列出了学生应学到的全部知识、能力和态度(即预期的学习效果)。当学生毕业时需要测量他们的知识、能力和态度掌握的水平,就需要与预期的学习效果对比评价达成度;要对教学活动持续改进,就需要对学生学习效果进行评价。东软信息学院探索出了TOPCARES-CDIO人才培养模式下学生学习效果评价的特点。本文分析了评价过程的四个阶段以及每一阶段所使用的具体方法,并给出了评价的典型案例。这种创新性评价方法可操作性强,对工程人才的培养有较大的实用价值。CDIO is a method of modern engineering education reform, the CDIO syllabus details all the knowledge, abilities and attitudes the students should learn (i. e. , the expected learning effect). At the time of graduation, students' level of knowledge, abilities and attitudes need to be measured and compared with the expected effect to continuously improve the teaching activities, so students'learning effect need to be evaluated accordingly. But at present, the traditional evaluation method, which mainly uses written examinations to evaluate students' learning effect,is not suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of students' knowledge, abilities and attitudes. Therefore, we should study and explore the reform of students learning effect evaluation method, which not only has a strong practical significance, and plays an important role in comprehensively improving the quality of talents' training . Starting from the present situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign research on students' learning effect evaluation methods, this paper explores the characteristics of students' learning effect evaluation under the TOPCARES-CDIO talent training mode, particularly sums up the four stages of evaluation process and specific methods used in each phase, and the typical cases of evaluation is presented. Practice has proved that this innovative evaluation method has strong operational value as well as higher practical value for the promotion of engineering talents' cultivation.
