摘　　要：产业技术创新战略联盟是现代产学研合作创新的高级形式,本文在总结联盟内涵及国内外研究现状的的基础上,对国内现有的食品产业技术创新战略联盟进行了梳理,分析了联盟发展运行中存在的问题,提出了联盟组织机构设计及运行机制建设方案,并对以后的研究方向进行了探讨。Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance is the advanced form of modern university industry cooperation,on the basis of summarizes of the alliance connotation and research status at home and abroad,this paper hackled the food industry technology innovation strategic alliance in china,analyzed the existing problems in the operation of alliance,put forward the scheme of the construction design and the operation mechanism of alliance organization,and discussed the research direction for the future.
