摘 要:数学素养一直是全球数学教育关注的焦点之一,也是各国(地区)课程改革与深化的核心.台湾于2013年5月发布《数学素养向度建议文》,该报告设定了现在完成12年基本教育的18岁台湾学生于10年后面对社会挑战应具备的"数学素养",确定了提升数学素养的四大目标,以及落实目标应遵循的6个行动方案原则.其数学素养概念准确、本土化特点突出,目标具体、可操作性与执行力强等都值得中国大陆学习借鉴.Mathematical literacy was usually one of the focus in global mathematical education,and it was also the core of curriculum reform and deepening in different countries and areas. " The proposal of mathematical literacy" was launched in Taiwan in May 2013,it introduced the necessary " mathematical literacy" for 18 years old students who had just finished the twelve-year fundamental education in face of the social challenges10 years later. It determined four goals to improve mathematical literacy,and 6 action principles to carry out these targets. The mathematical literacy had accurate concept,outstanding localization features,specific target,strong executive ability and operability,etc,which were worthy to be learned for China's Mainland.
