全程化专家指导在高校青年师资培养中的应用价值

摘　　要：建立一支高水平的青年教师队伍是建设高素质高校教师队伍的核心,是适应新世纪高等教育发展的必然要求。药物化学是药学领域重要的龙头学科,是培养药学专业学生的核心课程。本校药学院药物化学教研室开展了一个利用多媒体、网络等现代化技术辅助地帮助青年教师提高教学能力和课题组织能力的综合性工程,在该项目中贯穿始终和核心点为全程化专家指导。本研究介绍了全程化专家指导在青年师资培养中的相关背景、具体实施方法和相关思考。The establishment of a high level of young teachers is the core of the construction of high quality teachers in colleges and universities,is the inevitable requirement adapting the development of higher education in the new century.Medicinal chemistry is an important leading subject of pharmacy field and is the core course of cultivating the students of pharmaceutical major.Staff room of medicinal chemistry of school of pharmacy in our college carries out a comprehensive engineering using multimedia,network and other modern technologies to help young teachers to improve teaching ability and organizational ability of the task,full process guidance of expert played an important role in this project.This study introduces the related background,the concrete implementation method and related thoughts of full process guidance of expert in teacher training of youth.
