摘 要:目的探讨"源头式-系统化"模式在医院教学管理中的应用效果,以期追寻更符合医院实际的实习生教学管理模式。方法从各学校临床专业选取80名实习生,将其随机分为实验组和普通组,每组各40名。实验组采用"源头式-系统化"管理模式,普通组采用普通的管理模式。比较两组的理论考试、技能操作考核考试、调查问卷成绩。结果实验组的理论考试、技能操作考试、调查问卷成绩与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"源头式-系统化"管理模式极大地培养了学生临床思维和解决问题的能力,强化了学生的操作技能,极大地激发了学生学习的积极性,提高了学生的综合素质。Objective To explore the application effect of "source type-systematic" pattern in teaching management of hospital to find the internship teaching management mode more in the line with the practice of hospital. Methods 80 internships selected from clinical professional of schools were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=40) and common group (n=40).The experimental group was given the "source type-systematic" management pattern,the common group was given the common management pattern.Score of theory exam,skills assessment and questionnaire in the two groups was compared. Results There was a statistical difference of score of theory exam,skills assessment and question- naire in the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion "Source type-systematic" management mode greatly cultivates the stu- dents' ability of clinical thinking and problem solving and strengthens the students' operation skills and greatly inspires the enthusiasm of the students'learning and improves the students' comprehensive quality.
