武定鸡和大围山微型鸡器官指数比较及其与屠体性状的相关性分析

摘　　要：武定鸡属于云南地方优良大型鸡种,而云南大围山微型鸡属于国内外研究报道中体型较小、体重较轻的家禽品种。武定鸡与大围山微型鸡表型差异较大,遗传背景完全不同。通过随机选取120日龄武定鸡和大围山微型鸡各30只屠宰,测定器官指数和屠体性状,比较种间的器官指数差异,分析器官指数与屠体性状的相关性。结果表明:武定鸡的内脏器官指数显著低于微型鸡(P<0.05),且在免疫器官指数上差异极显著(P<0.01);武定鸡和大围山微型鸡的器官指数与屠体性状之间都呈现出不同程度的相关性(P<0.01,P<0.05);两个品种的器官指数与活重呈负相关。Wuding chicken is one of the local breeds in Yunnan province,and it is provided with good performance and large body size. Yunnan Daweishan Mini chicken is a special genetic resource of fowl originating in Yunnan province, which has very light-weight and small size in the world. There are significant differences between Wuding chicken and Daweishan Mini chicken in phenotypic characteristics and genetic background. In this study, 30 Daweishan Mini chickens and 30 Wuding chickens at 120 days of age were selected randomly and sacrificed. Organ indexes and carcass traits of this two breeds were measured to compare the difference in organ index of them and study the correlation between organ indexes and carcass traits. The results showed that, the internal organ indexes of Wuding chickens were significantly lower than Daweishan Mini chickens （P〈O.05）, and there was extremely significant difference on immune organ indexes between two breeds （P〈O.O1）. And it showed a different degree of correlation between organ indexes and carcass traits in Wuding chicken and Daweishan Mini chicken （P〈O.O1,P〈O.05）. There was a negative correlation between organ indexes and body weight in two breeds.
