摘　　要：以中央财政支持的徐州工业职业技术学院生物化工专业实训基地建设为例,介绍了该实训基地项目建设的做法与经验、所取得的成绩以及人才培养培训的效果,针对实训基地项目建设过程中存在的问题提出了应采取的改进措施,本文还对央财支持的职业教育实训基地建设项目在建设与运行管理等方面提出了建议。Taking the construction of biochemical professional training base supported by nation financial in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as an example, the practices, achievements of the training base construction were introduced. Aiming at the existing problems in the process of the construction of training base, the improvement measures to be taken were put forward. Some suggest to the construction of occupation education training base supported by nation financial were put forward.
