摘　　要：党的十八大提出"三个倡导",明确了社会主义核心价值观的基本内容,为培育和践行社会主义核心价值观注入了新的思想内涵和时代精神。这是新形势下巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的又一理论创新。科学认识和理解"三个倡导"生成的历史与现实逻辑,把握其丰富内涵与本质规定,对于推进中国特色社会主义事业、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,都具有重要的理论和现实意义。18th CPC National Congress put forward ＂three advocate＂, defines the basic contents of the socialist core values, injected new thought connotation and the spirit of the times for the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. This is a theoretical innovation under the new situation to consolidate Marxism guiding position of Marx in the field of ideology. Scientific knowledge and understanding of the ＂＇three initiatives＂, the generation of historical and realistic logic, grasp its connotation and essence of the regulations, to promote the China characteristic socialism, realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation China dream, has important theoretical and practical significance.
