摘　　要：以焊接实训教材开发为例,探讨如何在现代职业教育理念指导下,对实训教材内容选择、校企合作开发机制、教材体例重构、学习项目设计等方面进行创新,开发与焊接教学相适应的实训教材,推动"工学结合"教学模式的深化和完善。Taking welding training teaching material development as an example, this article discusses how to in the modern vocational education under the guidance of the concept, the practice teaching content selection, the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation development, teaching style reconstruction, such as learning program design for the innovation, development and welding teaching to meet the needs of training textbooks, deepen and perfect work-integrated learning teaching model.
