摘 要:本文中通过体压分布测试和振动舒适性试验研究汽车座椅舒适性。通过体压分布测试,获得平均压强、总压力和接触面积等体压分布量化指标,并分析静态体压分布的特征和动态体压分布的变化规律,结果表明动态工况下除最大压强以外的其它体压指标均大于静态工况,且随车速增加而增加。而通过振动舒适性试验,分析动态体压分布与振动的相关性,结果表明平均压强与振动加权加速度有很强的相关性。In this paper, both body pressure distribution measurement and vibration comfort test are con-ducted to study the ride comfort of vehicle seat. Through body pressure distribution measurement, the quantitative indicators, including average pressure, total resultant force and contact area are obtained and the characteristics of static body pressure distribution and the variation law of dynamic body pressure distribution are analyzed, showing that all dynamic body pressure indicators except maximum pressure are larger than static ones and increase with the rise in vehicle speed. By vibration comfort test the correlation between dynamic body distribution and vibration is analyzed with a result indicating that there is a strong correlation between mean pressure and weighted vibration ac-celeration.
