典型微波基材的应用性能研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了国外几大高频微波基材厂商的主要产品。重点阐述介电常数、插入损耗、热膨胀系数对产品微波性能的影响。通过测试样件微波性能,分析基材介电常数、损耗随温度及频率的变化情况,得出不同厂家材料之间的差异。This article introduces the primary microwave laminates produced by the main manufacturers. It emphasizes on the influence to the microwave performance specification of modules by dielectric constant, dissipation factor and thermal coefficient. The difference among the laminates is proved by testing the microwave performance of samples and analyzing the variation of dielectric constant and dissipation influenced with temperature and frequency.
