摘　　要：介绍了转速变化差大的数控工进-快进变速装置的结构及工作原理。该装置用一个交流伺服电机驱动,经两个电磁离合器分别控制高速和低速变换,实现了转速变化差大(大于6 000倍)的工进-快进变换。The NC slow-fast speed variator was designed when the speed variation was big. Its structure and working principle were introduced. This device was driven by an AC servo motor,the high and low speed were controlled by two electromagnetic clut-ches. By this device,the working feed and fast forward transformation was realized when the speed variation （above 6 000 times） was big.
