摘 要:为了研究拥挤收费限流措施对私家车拥有者出行方式的影响,在大量问卷调查数据分析的基础上,分析了收费费率、家庭月收入、出行目的对私家车拥有者出行方式的影响,并建立私家车出行选择模型.结果表明:收费费率、家庭月收入和出行目的对私家车拥有者出行方式影响显著.One essential topic for analyzing the effects of congestion pricing was to study the reactions of private car owners on pricing in certain area. In this research, effects of the pricing rates, household income and trip purposes on the trip mode choice of private car owners were studied based on the survey data from a specific survey, and the choice model of using private cars was built up. The results of the survey and the model analysis show that for all travellers, the pricing rate and the household income level and trip purposes have remarkable impacts on the mode choice for private car owners.
