摘 要:以食味值差别显著的Z601×C14组合构建重组自交系(RILs),取224份F6世代为试材,对控制稻米食味品质性状的相互关系及其数量性状位点(QTLs)进行了分析。相关分析表明:食味值与垩白粒率、垩白度、蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关,尤其是蛋白质含量对食味值的负向影响最明显,相关系数r=-0.838,达到极显著水平;带胚率对食味值影响不大。共检测到16个控制食味值相关性状的QTLs,其中控制蛋白质含量的2个、垩白粒率3个、垩白度1个、透明度5个和带胚率5个,分布于第5,6,7,8,11和12号染色体上。In this study, an F6-generation rice recombinant inbred population (referred to as RILs population) containing of 224 lines derived from cross between Z601 and C14 was selected as experimental materials, to analyze the correlation among taste quality traits and associated quantitative trait loci (QTLs). Z601 and C14 have significant difference on taste value. Correlation analysis showed that taste value were extremely significantly negatively correlated with percentage of grain with chalkiness, degree of endosperm chalkiness and protein content, especially, protein content had a higher correlation coefficient (r=--0.838, p--0.01). Degree of Milled rice Embryos had little effect on the taste value. A total of 16 QTLs controlling taste quality traits in rice were detected, including two QTLs controlling protein content, three QTLs controlling percentage of grain with chalkiness, one QTLs controlling degree of endosperm chalkiness, five QTLs controlling endosperm transparency, five QTLs controlling degree of milled rice embryos, which were located on chromosome 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 12.
