摘　　要：本文从大商务角度出发,采用电话访谈、座谈会、问卷调查等方式,对北京地区534家企业的国际商务人才需求进行了调研。主要调查分析了这些企业对国际商务专业人才需求的情况及其对国际商务人才职业能力和职业素质的要求等,为相关院校有针对性地制订人才培养方案提供了依据。For the purpose of using the talents training objectives of international business courses, we have made a survey on the talents demand of international business courses from 534 companies in Beijing by telephone interviews, forums, questionnaire surveys and so on. We did this from the overview of the general demand of international business talent in Beijing and mainly focused on the demand on international business talents, and the requirement of their professional abilities and qualities in more detail .We .hope the results of this study could pride some insight for making talent cultivation scheme for related colleges in Beijing.
