摘 要:针对永磁同步电机大规模使用会消耗大量稀缺的稀土资源,同时也会造成一定的环保问题,采用异步电机作为串联型混合电动汽车(HEV)的动力系统。针对发电机工作模式,设计了一种由自励异步发电机(SEIG)和异步电动机(IM)及双PWM变流器组成的串联型HEV系统,SEIG侧的变流器采用基于SEIG端电压定向的矢量控制方法,IM侧的变流器采用基于IM转子磁链定向的矢量控制方法。试验结果表明,采用异步电机的串联型HEV,加减速时具有良好的动静态性能,工作状态稳定,验证了该方案的有效性。Considering the large-scale using of permanent magnet synchronous motor not only consumes a lot of scarce rare earths but also causes some environmental problems,the induction machines used for power system of the series hybrid electric vehicle( HEV) was proposed. Aiming at the generator working mode,the series HEV system composed of self-excited induction generator( SEIG),induction motor( IM) and dual-PWM converter was established.The SEIG terminal voltage-oriented vector control method was used for the inverter of SEIG. The IM rotor flux-oriented vector control method was used for the inverter of IM. The experiment results show that the series HEV has good dynamic and static performance and its working state is stabilization when HEV accelerated and decelerated. The validity of the scheme was verified.
