摘　　要：为提高社会服务的效率和效能,高职院校有必要密切关注"顶天立地"、"承上启下"、"继往开来"这三个方面,以促进科技创新与应用,满足服务对象现实需要,推动社会服务各要素长远发展。密切关注并在这三个方面认真实践,有助于促进产学研相结合,更好地服务经济社会发展。To improve the efficiency of social services, it is necessary for the Higher Vocational Colleges to accurately grasp the connotation of three aspects which are following the latest achievements to serve the society, linking the preceding and the following, inheriting the past and forging ahead into the future, in order to promote the innovation and application of science and technology, meet the needs of service, promote long-term development of the all elements of social services. Watching closely and practicing earnestly in this three aspects helps to promote the combination of production, learning and research, to serve economic and social development better.
