摘　　要：分析当前我国高校文化的基本特征和人力资源管理特点,根据组织文化对人力资源管理影响的机理,提出高校文化的构成要素。从环境、价值观、人物表现等方面阐述对高校人力资源管理的影响因素,指出高校文化对人力资源管理的现实影响。从观念和认识上提出提高管理效应的对策和方法。This paper analyzes the current characteristics of college culture and the features of human re-source management in colleges and universities in China.According to the mechanism of the influence of organizational culture on human resource management,the author illustrates the elements of college cul-ture.From the aspects of environment,values,characters and so forth,the paper elaborates the influen-tial factors of human resource management in colleges,pointing out the practical influence of college cul-ture on human resource management,and it also puts forward some countermeasures and methods of the management effect.
