摘　　要：以昆明冶金高等专科学校学生国外就业为例,就高职学生国外与国内就业的异同、国外就业的主要途径、优势与劣势、存在问题及主要障碍、高职院校应采取的对策等问题进行了分析与研究,以期对高职院校学生国外就业工作有一定的借鉴与参考作用。Taking Kunming metallurgy college students overseas employment as an example,this paper has carried on the analysis and research on the differences between foreign and domestic employment,the main way of overseas employment with its advantages and disadvantages,the problems and major obsta-cles,what countermeasures should be taken on high vocational colleges.The results can be used for ref-erence on the higher vocational college students’ overseas employment.
