摘　　要：学习者档案是重要的人事档案,是日后接受各级组织考核、定职与晋升的主要依据之一。在享有与普通高校生同样的学习条件、育人环境的同时,高等教育自学考试助学班学习者能否拥有写实与证明其水平与能力的档案材料对其未来的成长与发展意义重大。助学班学习者档案管理运行机制将是以"关注考生成长"为要旨,在理念、机制等方面积极营造学习者强烈的归属感,促进学习者就业与再深造,进一步完善自学考试教育功能。As an important personnel archive , examinees archive is one of the main basis of as-sessment , placement and promotion for all levels in the future .With the same learning conditions and the environment as the regular institutions of higher learning ,it is significant for the examinees of self-study exam to have realistic materials to prove their abilities .The trend of their archives management is to Pay Close Attention to Examinees ,and try to further improve the self -study exam educational function by creating a strong sense of belonging , promoting their employment or further education, and improve the education function of self -study exam.
