职业教育在新型工业化进程中的意义--价值论的视角

摘　　要：在当代社会,个体更多地以工作和职业融入社会生活,因此,职业教育影响和促进工业文化的更新与发展,推进新型工业化的进程。在价值论的视域下,职业教育具有塑造个体相对全面的职业能力与相对完善的职业人格的价值功能;职业教育可以规范职业群体的行为,提高未来职业人群体的职业素养;职业教育可以发挥良好的社会导向功能,为新型工业化发展创造良好的社会环境。In the contemporary societies, individuals immerge into social life, to a great extent, based on job and＇career, and therefore vocational education exerts significant influence on the develop- ment and innovation of the industrial culture. From the perspective of the theory of value, vocational education has multi-functions, to nurture relatively comprehensive professional ability and to shape the individuals＇ relatively perfect ,professional personality＇ to regulate the behavior of occupational groups, thus improving the professional ethic of future occupational groups; and to act as the guide for the whole society, by which to create a good social environment for the development of new-type industrialization.
