摘  要:国子监,是明清时期全国士子心向往之的最高学府,也是朝廷的决策咨询机构。之所以能承载如此的重任,主要是其聚集了一批学养丰富、管理有方的教官。尽管这些教官过着单纯简洁、清淡俭朴的生活,但他们始终尽职尽责、年复一年地进行着会讲、复讲、背书、轮课等日常教学活动。教官讲究教学礼仪,重视师生交往,孜孜不倦地为朝廷培养着维护中央集权所需要的人才。国子监教官的俸禄待遇、日常生活、教学活动、师生交往,构成了明清时期中央官学教师日常生活的历史图景。The imperial college, which the scholars from all over the country like, is the highest educational institution and the decision-making counseling centers for the court. There gathered a group of knowledge rich, well managed instructors. Though they lead a simple and frugal life, they had been engaging in all sorts of teaching activities, such as speaking, retelling, reciting and Simula- tion test. They also paid attention to the teaching of etiquette and the communications between teach- ers and students. So they trained required talents to maintain centralization for the country. Living conditions, daily life, teaching activities and communications formed a historical picture of teachers' daily life in the imperial college of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
