河南省民办高校教职工休闲体育开展的调查与分析

摘　　要：休闲体育广泛开展,有效促进了居民的身心健康。民办高校教职工的休闲体育的深入研究,有利于培养教职工高尚的情操,改善教师的生活质量,缓解教师职业倦怠,充实了业余文化生活,为全面建设和谐社会具有重要意义。采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对河南省8所民办高校教职工休闲体育开展现状进行了调查与分析,得出民办高校教职工参与休闲体育活动的现状,找出制约因素,并提出相应的对策,为民办高校教职工更好的开展休闲体育锻炼提供参考依据。Using literature material method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, this paper has carried on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the teaching staff carrying out leisure sports in 8 private colleges of Henan province, the current situation of private college teachers participating in leisure sports activities has been concluded to find out the restriction factors, and the corresponding countermeasures is put forward to provide a reference basis for private colleges teachers better developing leisure sports exercise.
