摘　　要：本文从高校师德内涵分析出发,阐述了目前高校青年教师师德方面存在的主要问题,分析了青年教师师德存在问题的主要原因,并提出改进高校青年教师师德现状的相应策略。This paper, starting from the analysis of connotations of university Teachers＇ethics, expounds the main problems existing in the present young university teachers＂ ethics, analyzes the main reasons for the young teachers＇professional ethics problems, and puts forward the correspond- ing strategies to improve the status of young teachers＇ ethics in colleges and universities.
