摘  要:免疫磁珠分离技术(Immunomagnetic beads separation techniques,IMBS)是利用磁珠上包被的特异性抗体与抗原发生亲和反应,从复杂的样品组份中分离目标抗原。再利用磁珠的磁响应性,实现对目标抗原的富集。该技术灵敏度高、特异性强、分离富集速度快、适用范围广。再结合最新的快速检测技术,使食源性致病菌的检测时间从传统的几天缩短到几小时,在食源性致病菌检测中得到广泛的应用。本文从免疫磁珠分离技术的原理,食源性致病菌免疫磁珠的类型,免疫磁珠分离技术在食源性致病菌检测中应用的进展几个方面进行综述。Immunomagnetic bead separation technique (IMBS) is a technique that magnetic beads were coated with antigen-specific antibody, and the target antigen was separated from complex samples. Then, the target antigen was enriched due to magnetic response of beads. The technique was high sensitivity, specificity, fast speed of separation and suitable for a wide range of samples. This technique was combined with the latest rapid detection technology to detect food-borne pathogens, and it can shorten the detection time. Therefore, it has been widely used in the detection of foodbome pathogens. In this paper, the principle of immunomagnetic bead separation technique, the immunomagnetic bead types and its application progress in detection of food borne pathogens were reviewed.
