摘  要:目的了解桂西北民族地区某高校2008-2012年汉族与少数民族大学新生的健康状况,为学生疾病预防与健康教育工作方案的制订提供科学依据。方法对2008-2012年入学的11 747名新生的健康体检资料进行统计分析。结果新生体检完全合格率为14.06%,汉族新生为17.57%,少数民族新生为11.57%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视力不良检出率为79.83%,汉族新生为84.56%,少数民族新生为76.47%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养不良检出率为51.01%,汉族新生为47.50%,少数民族新生为53.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);龋患率为14.09%,汉族新生为10.85%,少数民族新生为16.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论民族地区高校新生健康状况不容乐观,政府应强化干预力度,促进学生健康成长。Objective To investigate the health status between the Han and national minority freshmen from 2008 to 2012 in a college of the ethnic region in northwest Guang xi province so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating plans of student disease prevention and health education work. Method The health examina- tion reports of 11 747 freshmen enrolled from 2008 to 2012 were statistically analyzed. Results In the physical examination, the complete pass rate was 14.06%, 17.57% for the Han freshmen and 11. 570/oo for minority freshmen and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The total rate of poor vision was 79.83%, 84.56 % for the Hans and 76.47 % for minorities and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The total rate of malnutrition was 51.01%/00,47.50% for the Hans and 53.50% for the minorities and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The incidence of dental caries was 14.09 %, 10.85 % for the Han fresh- men and 16.39 % for the minority freshmen and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion The health status of freshmen in the ethnic regions is not optimistic so the government should strengthen the intervention to promote the sound growth of college students.
