摘  要:针对目前燃气调压器性能检测装置的自动化程度低、测试精度差等缺点,研制了一种燃气调压器性能检测系统。该系统采用PID控制和模糊控制,自动调节调压器的进口压力和流量,并通过采集调压器出口压力,实现了调压器的静特性测试。实验研究表明,该检测系统能够准确地实现调压器的性能检测,其进口压力控制误差范围在±0.005MPa内,流量控制精度达到了1.31%,最小机器性能指数为2.43。In order to deal with the shortcomings of the performance detection device of current gas regulator ,such as low automat-ic level and poor test accuracy ,a gas regulator performance detection system is designed and tested .By using PID control and fuzzy control to adjust the inlet pressure as well as the flow of the gas regulator and by observing the outlet pressure of the gas reg -ulator,the system can achieve static characteristics test through detection .Experiments show that this detection system is able to detect the regulator accurately ,the error of its inlet pressure is controlled within ±0.005MPa,the precision of its flow control reaches 1.31%,and the minimum value of its machine performance index is 2.43.
