摘  要:目的:研究沙棘对小鼠急性酒精摄入后睾丸组织酶活性及微量元素水平的影响。方法:采用40%酒精灌胃制备小鼠急性酒精中毒模型,并以不同浓度(0.6、3和6g/kg)沙棘匀浆液对小鼠进行灌胃治疗,20d后处死动物,分别测定睾丸组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性和微量元素铜、锌、铁含量。结果:沙棘低、中剂量组睾丸组织中LDH活力与酒精模型组比较,明显升高(p<0.05);沙棘低、中、高剂量组睾丸组织中ACP活力明显低于酒精模型组(p<0.05);沙棘高剂量组睾丸组织中铜含量明显高于酒精模型组(p<0.05)。结论:沙棘可提高急性酒精染毒小鼠睾丸组织中LDH活性,降低ACP活性,增加睾丸组织中铜元素的含量,对小鼠酒精所致急性睾丸损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To study the effects of Seabuckthorn on activities of enzymes and content of trace elements in the testis of mice after acute alcohol administration. Methods Male ICR mice were divided randomly into five groups, including control group, alcohol model group and 0.6, 3, 6g/kg Seabuckthorn groups.Continuous administration for 14 days, since fifteenth, the daily after administration of l h, alcohol model group and Seabuckthornin different dosage groups with 40% alcohol by Intragastric t5mL/kg,end to twentieth days.The testis of mice were measured, lactate LDH,ACP,AKP activity and trace elements copper, zinc, iron content.Results The activity of LDH compared with the alcohol model group testicular tissue,seabuckthorn low dose group, increased significantly(p 〈 0.05);the activity of ACP in the testis, Hippophae rhamnoides, low and high dose group was obviously lower than the alcohol model group( p 〈0.05) ;copper content of testicular tissue of seabuckthorn in the high dose group was significantly higher than the alcohol model group( p 〈 0.05).Conclusion The activity of LDH in testis of acute alcohol poisoning of mice was increased,the activity of ACP was reduced,the content of copper was increased by adding seabuckthorn juice.
