大学特色校园文化建设要素探析

摘　　要：大学特色校园文化是指生活在高校中的所有高校成员,在长期办学实践中逐步创造出的具有大学特色的所有物质财富和精神财富的总和。其作为一种重要的教育形式,在高校发展过程中具有凝聚、激励及塑造形象等极为重要的功能。通过对大学特色校园文化建设要素进行深入挖掘和探析,对推进我国高等教育改革和发展,提升大学的文化内涵,加强与改进高校大学生的思想政治教育具有重要的意义。College＇s characteristic campus culture refers to the material wealth and spiritual wealth which were created by all the members in college through long-term educational practice. As an important form of education, it plays an important function of motivation and image shaping in the process of its development. This paper analyzed the factors of college＇s characteristic campus culture, which will promote our country＇s higher educational reform and development, enhance the cultural connotation and strengthen college students＇ ideological and political education.
