摘　　要：医学英语隶属于专门用途英语,有其自身独有的特点。现阶段,医学英语教学还比较薄弱,从语域三变量和语言三大纯理功能的角度出发,结合实例,探讨医学语篇的语域特征和体现方式,能为医学英语教学提供新的视角和启示。Medical English, as ESP, has its own features. At present, the medical English teaehing is still very weak. This paper discussed register characteristics and their embodiment modes of medical discourses from the perspective of the three variables of register and the three net-functions of language, whieh will provide new perspective and enlightenment for the＇ medical English teaching.
