摘　　要：左拉的《实验小说论》围绕"实验"展开,主张小说家运用实验方法,以科学的方式对小说进行实验,通过类比的方式构建实验小说。"实验小说"实际上是"小说的实验",是对小说在创作观念、叙事方式、审美追求等方面进行的一系列更新。"实验小说"实现了科学理性与文学诗性的融合,其核心理念在于寻求文学创作与客观现实之间新的契合点。《实验小说论》作为左拉自然主义小说理论的重要组成部分,尽管有一定的局限和不足之处,但"实验小说"作为一种新的小说观念,为当时及以后的小说创作注入了新的活力。Zola＇ s On Experimental Novels, centered round ＂experiments＂, advocates that novelists should use notion, narrative mode and aesthetic pursuit of the novel, which has integrated the rationality of science with the artistic appeal of literature, with its core notion being the pursuit of the coherence point between literary creation and the objective reality. Despite some limitations and shortcomings, On Experimental Novels is still an important part of Zola＇ s novel theory on naturalism, and the ＂experimental novel＂, as a new novel idea, has injected new vitality into novels of that time and of the future.
