顶岗支教实习对学生就业观的影响——对晋中学院体教专业学生的分析

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对晋中学院体育教育专业的学生进行了调查,对参加顶岗支教实习学生的就业意愿、就业态度、就业认知、就业价值取向等进行实习前后的对比,并与未参与顶岗支教实习学生的就业观进行比对。力图从顶岗支教实习对晋中学院体育教育专业学生的就业观的影响存在的问题进行研究,找出二者的关系,为顶岗支教实习工作提出建议。The article used literaturature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics to P.E. department students of Jinzhong university conducted a survey of students participating in internships post Teaching willingness employment, employment attitudes, employment awareness, employment value orientation were compared before and after practice and did not participate in post teaching and student teaching internship employment outlook for comparison. Trying to study the impact from the post Teaching Internship Jinzhong Institute of Physical Education Majors employment outlook problems to find the relationship between the two, to make recommendations for the post Teaching Internship.
