摘　　要：基于企业联盟的知识共享模式,主要在以共享主体为主要分类标准的前提下,再结合共享意愿、共享层次、共享范围、共享机制等进行共享模式的分析,包括自愿型的和强制型的知识共享模式;同一价值链层次上的和上下游价值链层次上的知识共享模式;联盟伙伴间的对称型知识共享模式、盟主及其他成员企业之间的非对称型知识共享模式;市场机制主导的和非市场机制主导的知识共享模式等。Knowledge sharing model,which on the basis of enterprise alliance,is on the premise that the sharing subject as the main classification standard. This paper carries on the sharing model analysis of the combination of sharing desire,sharing hierarchy,sharing range and sharing mechanism,which includes the knowledge sharing model of voluntary type and mandatory type,the knowledge sharing model of the same level value chain and the value chain of upstream and downstream,the knowledge sharing model of symmetrical and dissymmetrical between alliance partners,as well as the knowledge sharing model of market mechanism-oriented and non-market mechanism-oriented.
