摘　　要：美国"语言教师效能反馈工具"是为提高语言教师教学效能而设计的一系列课堂观察量表。本文解析了"语言教师效能反馈工具"的内容与特点,指出反馈工具所倡导的是指向语言教师专业发展的课堂观察,并探讨了其对我国课堂观察研究、本土化语言课堂观察量表研制及语言教师专业发展的启示作用。American ＂Feedback Tools of Teacher Effectiveness for Language Learning＂ are a series of classroom observation tools designed to improve language teacher effectiveness. This paper explains the feedback tools, analyzes their features, and argues that what they advocate is classroom observation for the professional development of language teachers. It further explores their implications for the study of classroom observation in China, the nativization of classroom observation tools and the professional development of language teachers.
